I’m a marketing specialist, graphic designer and technology enthusiast with extensive experience designing and managing multi-channel B2C and B2B strategies. I’ve worked with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), DANAConnect, Klaviyo Adobe Journey Optimizer, HubSpot, MailChimp, and more, focusing on data-driven strategies, API integrations, and personalized communications. I also have a strong background in web design, e-commerce, and CMS management, with hands-on skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and tag management. I’m passionate about solving challenges at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer experience.

My role at J&J focused on the development of landing pages and emails, both for professionals and clients. I was involved in the usability of these pages and emails, their interaction design and information architecture, thanks to the manipulation of HTML, CSS and JS. The editing and creation of assets, as well as the development and conceptualization of web design, are the main aspects of my involvement in J&J.

StarMeUp is a dynamic platform that enhances the employee experience, creating a more human culture that increases organizational commitment and performance. Creation of landing pages with forms for data and email capture with responsive design and development. Creation and manipulation of lead segments captured by the forms and sent to personalized, automated and multichannel journeys. Implementation of lead scoring to qualify potential customers according to their behaviors and information. Customer generation with the support of StarMeUp’s sales and services department (linkage with CRM). Connection with other third party applications (Paid Media) for webinars to facilitate segmentation and maintenance of campaigns. Lead enrichment through integration with ZoomInfo for a more accurate segmentation base.

Billet is a BHD Financial Center company that offers an electronic payment account accessible from a cell phone. With Billet, it is possible to pay for services, make delivery purchases, use transportation, receive remittances, transfer money in real time and recharge minutes. As administrator of DANAConnect, my responsibilities included managing databases of businesses and individuals in the Dominican Republic, creating templates for email marketing, creating push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and generating content for the aforementioned channels. In addition, I was in charge of generating metrics to analyze the performance of the different campaigns and creating automated flows to impact customers in the most appropriate channel and at the right time.

The core values of the project were diversity, inclusion, and equity. The main objective of the project was to send automated monthly newsletter showing the diversity of the society and the world around us. Subscribers were informed monthly about WarnerMedia’s diversity and inclusion efforts across its workforce, content and creative partners. I developed the integration between Drupal and SFMC through API integration, I developed journeys for the subscribers life cycle thru Journey Builder and he supported the email and landing pages creation thru Email Studio and CloudPages.
